Tesca Andrew-Wasylik
Tesca Andrew-Wasylik found her passion for pelvic health after experiencing and treating several pelvic symptoms of her own as a professional athlete. Tesca was a competitive gymnast, soccer player, and track athlete before she played volleyball for Team Canada and professionally in Romania. Since retiring from her professional athletic career she keeps active with parkour, tennis, cycling, volleyball, and running. She most recently completed her first full Ironman.
Tesca received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University, her Bachelor of Science specializing in Athletic Therapy and Exercise Science from the University of Winnipeg, and her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
She believes Pelvic Physiotherapy empowers individuals to make holistic changes from the inside-out. She is a certified in pre/postnatal fitness and enjoys working with the pre/postnatal population as well as individuals looking to return to high-impact or running. She has post-graduate training in pelvic health, running gait analysis, visceral mobilization, diastasis rehab, acupuncture/dry needling, and concussion management. She has a passion for learning and teaching, and is humbled to be a part of the the PHS team!
