Sheela Zelmer graduated from the Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto in 1995 and has spent over 25 years helping her clients optimize their health and wellbeing by looking at the whole person:  physically, emotionally and interpersonally.

Sheela joined the Pelvic Health Solutions team in 2016 and is involved in mentoring physiotherapists and other health and wellness professionals.  Sheela also enjoys promoting pelvic health through workshops, health talks and other community speaking engagements.

Sheela is honoured to be a part of  the Pelvic Health Solutions team, partnering with health professionals and patients to foster wellness.
