Maria Radelich

Maria is a Physiotherapist with a clinical focus on pelvic health and return to sport and exercise. She is the co-founder of Pelvico Health Centre, a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing evidence-informed pelvic health care.

She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) from Acadia University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, with extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health, orthopaedics, acupuncture, dry needling, and pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation.

A former elite soccer player, Maria has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports and has a particular interest in bridging pelvic health with musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction in active populations, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain, and return to running, exercise, and high-level sport.

Maria also serves as Clinical Director for the Nova Scotia Healthy Athletes Program in FunFitness, where she is committed to improving access to physiotherapy and promoting inclusive, evidence-based care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Maria is passionate about translating evidence into practical clinical strategies and helping clinicians develop confidence in integrating pelvic health principles into their assessment and treatment.
