
Sheree Palmer
Sheree Palmer graduated with her MPT from the University of British Columbia in 2011 after receiving her BSc(Kin) from Simon Fraser University. She has her Level 1 Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic and Manipulative Therapy and she has completed her third year of post-graduate training in Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Sheree has a special interest in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and has taken courses including PHS Level 1-3, “Rost Therapy”, “Fit to Deliver” and Functional Dry Needling. Sheree uses a Biopsychosocial assessment and treatment approach, which includes pain education, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and dry needling to help each client get back to their optimal functional potential in order to enhance their love for life through healthy living. She has a longstanding history as a competitive youth and adult swim coach and has been involved with a variety of sports teams. She currently works out of Kinectiv Sport + Health in Maple Ridge, BC.
