Beth Safarian obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University, followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Beth developed a special interest in pelvic health during her schooling, and began her training with Pelvic Health Solutions immediately after graduating. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and its Women’s Health Division.

Beth treats all genders for a variety of pelvic health conditions, including: incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis, vaginismus/dyspareunia, urinary frequency/urgency and pelvic pain. She has taken a variety of specialized courses addressing the female athlete, pregnancy/pelvic girdle pain, menopause, male pelvic health, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia and pelvic floor dysfunction in the neurologic population. Beth’s treatment style focuses on enhancing body awareness and building self-efficacy. She encourages her patients to become actively involved in their rehabilitation, and ultimately achieve their pelvic health goals.
