For the Patient

Pelvic health concerns are far too common amongst people of various ages, yet they are rarely talked about due to social stigmas. As a result, many people suffer alone in silence and shame without realizing that there are effective and evidence-based treatment options available to them.

Pelvic Health Solutions aims to break this silence by educating and empowering the patient, as well as training medical professionals to understand and utilize these solutions effectively.

This resource provides patients with a comprehensive guide where they can access up-to-date information on pelvic health. By educating patients on pelvic health dysfunction and physiotherapy, we hope to guide individuals to find gentle, safe and effective solutions for pelvic health issues including pelvic pain, pelvic girdle problems, painful intercourse, bladder and bowel incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

Pelvic Health Solutions also serves as an easy-to-use therapist locator to bridge the gap for patients suffering with pelvic health issues to find physiotherapists in Canada that have the required training and skills to help improve their symptoms and overall quality of life.
