Sarah Jones
Sarah Jones holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Kinesiology from Trinity Western University and a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. After graduating in 2015, she moved back to her hometown on Vancouver Island, where she enjoys and active outdoor lifestyle.
Sarah has been pursuing pelvic health almost as long as she has been in practice. She works in a private orthopaedic clinic and sees a wide variety of pelvic health conditions. She has taken post-graduate training in incontinence, pelvic pain, persistent pain, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain, pediatric pelvic health, and neurodynamics. She has a special interest in supporting her patients through every stage of pregnancy, from maintaining a healthy and active pregnancy to helping those same patients heal and return to activity post-partum.
Sarah has always been excited to learn, and has enjoyed developing and teaching several in-services and workshops for midwives and fitness professionals in her community. She joined PHS as a lab assistant in 2019.
