Kristal Conrad-Hazelwood PT, BScPT, Pelvic Health Therapist – Graduating from the Physiotherapy program of Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, in 1998, Kristal has had a varied work experience in private practice, hospital and community settings. She has completed multiple levels of post-graduate orthopaedic courses as well as Mulligan Concept Upper & Lower Quadrants, Sahrmann Level 1, McKenzie Part A & B, Level 1 Acupuncture Certification, Kinesio Taping and Pelvic Health courses.

Since 2004 she has offered Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for men and women. This includes treatment for bowel or bladder incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, prolapse, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, as well as, pelvic floor dysfunction in pregnancy. Further to this, she has completed training in pessary fittings.

Kristal has a keen interest in assisting patients achieve their functional goals for a greater quality of life. She feels this is best achieved through patient education, individualized exercise programs in conjunction with manual treatment and the use of modalities. She resides in Durham Region with her husband, Garett, and their 2 children.
