Lesley Jones

Lesley Jones, PT, MPT is a pelvic health physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. Originally from Canada, Lesley has proudly made Naples, Florida her home, where she serves the Southwest Florida community with compassionate and comprehensive pelvic health services.

With advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy, Lesley specializes in the evaluation and treatment of both men and women with a wide range of pelvic health conditions. Her areas of expertise include urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain conditions such as dyspareunia, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, and pudendal neuralgia, as well as pelvic organ prolapse and post-surgical rehabilitation. She also treats gastrointestinal dysfunction, erectile dysfunction, post-prostatectomy concerns, prenatal and postpartum conditions, and diastasis recti.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lesley is passionate about advancing the field of pelvic health physical therapy through education. She serves as a guest instructor for the pelvic health laboratory within the Florida Gulf Coast University DPT Program and has worked as a lab instructor for Pelvic Health Solutions, helping train physical therapists in specialized pelvic health assessment and treatment techniques.

Lesley believes that pelvic health concerns are common but should never be considered normal. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
