Jessica Nargi, MScPT, BKin, graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2008. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Honours degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2006. Jessica is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and its Women’s health division, the International Continence Society and the International Pelvic Pain Society. She has provided several student and registered physiotherapist mentorships, enterostomal student nurse mentorships (for urinary and fecal incontinence education), and has been a facilitator in clinical labs for medical students addressing treatments for mechanical low back pain. Jessica has done several talks to advocate and educate health care providers on the importance of pelvic health, including presenting at The Ontario Kinesiology Conference.

Jessica is committed to lifelong learning and providing evidence-based practice for patient centered care. She continues to upgrade her clinical skills and knowledge through on-going post-graduate courses and attending international conferences. Considering the prevalent incidence of low back pain world- wide and the associated pelvic floor dysfunction (often not recognized) Jessica has found her passion in this area. Combined with her orthopedic skills and advanced pelvic health training she is committed to treating both men and women who suffer from pelvic pain, urogenital dysfunctions, ano-rectal dysfunction, and pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy. Her approach to treatment is to help others relearn how to live well, stay well and be well through persistence, patience and perseverance.
