Lara is an Occupational Therapist helping individuals struggling with pain and/or pelvic health challenges to get back to living life.

If you are struggling with incontinence, urgency/frequency, pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, and/or pain that is disrupting your capacity to live your life, Occupational Therapy would be a fantastic member of your team.
