Compensation: $90-$138 per hour (Incentivized Split Model)

✅ PelvicPro Physiotherapy and Aurum are collaborating to offer you a unique mentorship intensive! Receive shadowing opportunities, case studies, lunch and learns, hands-on clinical practice, video library bank of pelvic health clinical skills & troubleshooting videos in a small group format! This is a one-of-a-kind experience and is not typically offered at other pelvic health clinics.
✅ Structured Core Topics – Core Concepts include Men’s Health, Perinatal care, Virtual Pelvic Care, Pelvic Pain, Gastrointestinal, & Practice Management
✅ 20 + Hours of Clinical Practice and Hands On Skills Sessions – Spread across a span of a year, we will be meeting in small groups to advance our clinical skills and brushing up on internal exam practice!

Receive all Referrals as the Sole Physiotherapist on the Team!

✅ Full Autonomy Over Your Practice – As the first pelvic health physiotherapist, you will have the freedom to structure your services, schedule, and treatment approach.
✅ Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside Naturopathic Doctors, functional medicine practitioners, Dietitian & Nutrition Counselling, osteopaths, RMTs, acupuncturists, and psychotherapists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

✅ Monthly Group Clinical Rounds & Case Discussions – Hands-on, collaborative case reviews, assessment techniques, and treatment strategy development.
✅ Ongoing Learning & Support – Ideal candidates will invest their time in mentorship, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and grow as a clinician.
✅ Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Gain insight from multiple disciplines and apply an integrative approach to pelvic health.

Competitive Compensation

✅ Pay: $90-$138 per hour (Independent contractor with Incentivized Split Model).
✅ Looking Into Extended Health Benefits – While not currently offered, we are exploring options for extended health benefits for our team.
✅ Electronic Medical Records (EMR) & Direct Billing – Efficient, streamlined documentation and administrative support.

Ideal Candidate:

🔹 Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. (Special Consideration for Resident Physiotherapists).
🔹 Rostered with CPO for Pelvic Exams.
🔹 Completed at least Level 1 Pelvic Health Solutions (or equivalent).
🔹 Excited about pioneering and shaping a pelvic health physiotherapy program in an established holistic clinic.
🔹 Willing to invest time in mentorship, learning, and professional growth to become a well-rounded pelvic health clinician.
🔹 Comfortable treating diverse pelvic health concerns, including chronic pelvic pain, perinatal recovery, and male/female pelvic health conditions.
🔹 Values inclusivity, accessibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support holistic and thorough patient care.

Compensation & Schedule:

💰 Pay: $90-$138 per hour (Incentivized Split Model).
⏳ Expected Hours: 1 Full-Time OR 2 Part-Time Positions Available.
📆 Schedule: Flexible, including weekday and weekend availability.
