Course Policies

Pelvic Health Solutions Inc. (“PHS”, “we”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. These Course Policies outline the terms and conditions that apply to course participation, cancellations, discounts, conduct, and related matters.

  1. Course Registration & Prerequisites
  • Please review the course description and prerequisites, if any, before registering.
  • If your prerequisite was completed outside of PHS, written approval must be obtained prior to registration.
  1. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • All discounts, bundles, and promotions are valid only during the promotional period and may have specific eligibility rules.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
  • Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or incentives.
  1. Licensing Requirements for Out-of-Province/Out-of-Country Participants
  • If you are traveling to attend a course or practical session outside of the province or country where you are registered to practice, it is your responsibility to confirm licensing requirements. Please inquire with the regulatory College in the province or country where you are traveling to determine whether a temporary or courtesy license is required.
  1. Course Waitlist
  • Joining a course waitlist is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee a course spot. 
  1. Cancellation Policy

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If PHS cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to a future course date.
  • PHS is not responsible for travel/accommodation costs incurred by participants.
  • If the course does not reach the minimum number of participants, PHS reserves the right to cancel the course up to three (3) weeks prior to the course start date. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations more than 31 days prior to the course start will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations between 20-30 days prior to the course start will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 20 days prior to the course start: no refunds, 50% of list fee can be applied towards the same course in the future.
  1. Course Retake Discount Policy

We recognize the value of reinforcing knowledge and refining hands-on skills. Participants who wish to retake a course previously completed with PHS are eligible for a 50% discount.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • The course must be identical in both format and content to the course originally completed. Exceptions may be granted if the course is deemed sufficiently similar and receives prior approval from PHS.
  • Proof of prior completion may be required.
  • Discount is subject to space availability and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  1. Student Discount Policy

A student discount is available for the following courses only:

  • Non-Internal Introductory Pelvic Floor Course
  • Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach for Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence

Eligibility Criteria

  • Current students or graduates within the past 12 months.
  • Proof of status (e.g., student ID, transcript, or graduation confirmation) must be submitted with the request.

  • Discount requests must be made at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
