Susannah Britnell, BSc(Hons) PT, Dip ManManipPT, FCAMPT, CGIMS is a part of an interdisciplinary team at the Centre for Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis and works in private practice at Urban Healing. Susannah’s practice focuses on persistent pelvic pain, including vaginal pain, pelvic girdle pain, bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction, and difficulties staying active and participating in life activities. Susannah has completed postgraduate courses in orthopaedics, persistent pain, pelvic health and dry needling/IMS. She worked at BC Women’s exclusively with pregnant and postpartum women for 10 years. Susannah has presented both internationally and locally, to professionals and patients. She is an adjunct professor /external instructor in the UBC Master of Physiotherapy program and is a Rost Therapy co-instructor with Cecile Rost. Susannah has been a mentor for the Pain Science Mentorship program and has served on the CPA Women’s Health Division and Pain Science Division Committees. She is a big fan of the 80% rule, the good enough rule, and is working on embracing rather than fearing the uncertainties in life.
