Angelique Montano-Bresolin, Reg. PT, BSc. PT, HBA Kin, received her Honours Bachelor of Arts Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1997. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Toronto Physical Therapy Program. She has practiced as a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario initially in the orthopaedic setting and over the years, has shifted to solely treating men and women with pelvic health conditions. She opened her own practice, Proactive Pelvic Health Centre in Toronto in 2013.
Angelique has trained in Canada with experts in the field and in the United States through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is a Pfilates (pelvic floor pilates) Certified Instructor and has acted as a Clinical Internship Supervisor for the University of Toronto Physical Therapy Program. Currently, she is a Clinical Internship Supervisor for the Ryerson University Midwifery Program and also enjoys working with Pelvic Health Solutions as a Lab Assistant.
